The all new Wellbeing service in Norfolk and Waveney launched in September 2015. And with the new service we have a new website to help you access the support you need and keep you informed about the types of support available in the Norfolk and Waveney area.

What services do we offer?
We offer a range of support to help you make changes in your life to improve your wellbeing and help you cope with stress, anxiety and depression. These include stress control and wellbeing workshops or classes, telephone support, group therapies and some short term therapy or counselling.
Our service is free of charge if you live in Suffolk. We welcome referrals from anyone aged 13 or over, including ethnic and travelling communities.
Our premises and buildings are accessible to those who have disabilities and compliant with Disability and Discrimination Act.
